At LACER we are committed to the development of people who are still studying and to helping them gain access to the job market. One of our aims is to be a platform for their professional development.

This programme allows students to put their theoretical knowledge into practice. We have reached cooperation agreements with different universities and secondary schools to take on students with potential. We help them develop professionally by making them fully fledged members of LACER’s working teams, mainly in the areas of marketing, finance and manufacturing.
